Get Stuff Done Today

First day back. Holiday a cruel memory. Previously productive workflows now forgotten.

Try this.

  1. Write a list of all the things you think you need to get done. Reduce that list down to ten items.
  2. Highlight the three most important tasks from that list.
  3. What’s the worst task on that list? Do that first.
  4. Have tea/coffee, OR watch crappy daytime TV.
  5. Do the next worst thing on the list. (repeat 4-5 until tasks complete or end of day reached).
